CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund will be issued if cancelled 48 hours BEFORE the scheduled tour. Your tour will be rescheduled if cancelled within 48 hours. NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES WILL BE MADE WITHIN 1 HOUR OF YOUR TOUR.

PARKING IS LIMITED! We apologize for that, but it is beyond our control. Please plan to be in town well in advance(1-hour on weekdays, 2-hours on weekends) of your scheduled tour time in order to find parking and get to the trolley on time. We cannot hold the tours for late guests. If you do miss your tour we cannot reschedule you.
